We’re hiring a Network Support Associate (Associate Engineer) to support critical network operations in a fast-paced, multi-vendor environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in 24x7 operations support and on-call rotations
• Monitor network health and respond to incidents via NMS tools
• Support migration activities, including configuration, validation, and cutovers
• Troubleshoot issues across legacy and live network environments
• Execute service requests and changes following structured processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors during maintenance windows
• Maintain documentation, network diagrams, and operational records

What we’re looking for:
• 5+ years of experience in IP/MPLS network environments
• Strong foundation in routing (OSPF, IS-IS, BGP) and MPLS technologies
• Hands-on experience with multi-vendor platforms (Cisco, Huawei, Juniper)
• Exposure to L2/L3 VPN services and service migration workflows
• Ability to support live network operations and complex cutovers
• CCNP (or equivalent) certification preferred
